Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles - Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize Excel and other software systems to manage inventory and track orders - Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock levels and order fulfillment - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective parts management - Market and promote parts and accessories to increase sales Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage parts inventory - Proficient in basic math skills for pricing, discounts, and calculations - Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and sales analysis - Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the dealership.
