Experience in a management role is preferred, but additional management training will be provided for the right person.

Position
Summary:
Day to day management of clients and caregivers in the Fond du Lac area, interviewing and hiring caregivers, client assessments, creating and managing schedules for your team of caregivers, time entry and payroll management.
Location:
The Manager position is a remote work from home position.
Occasional home visits are required - usually a few times per month.
Hours:
Part-time daytime hours (availability to be flexible to work minimum evening hours and weekend hours to accommodate home visits etc.
) Pay:
Commission - based on caseload with potential for growth.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills Willingness to travel within the Fond du Lac area for in person meetings, assessments and home visits.
Must have a smartphone and computer to perform management tasks Job Type:
