Here is what you need to bring to the table:
A 2-4 year degree with above basic knowledge of chemistry.
Someone who has good writing and verbal communication skills and who lives in or is ready to relocate to or near Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Someone who loves taking things apart to learn how they work and then putting them back together again.
Someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team and is willing to take on any task regardless of size.
Here are the great activities you will be doing:
Analyzing chemical constituents in chemical processing tanks to determine and keep them within specification Making adjustments to chemical processing tanks as needed to keep them within specification Using a variety of instruments and test equipment to monitor electro-plating and associated processes Performing tests on plated samples to ensure compliance with specifications Keeping accurate and current records of Chemical analysis results and other test results Analyzing and trending test data to find process improvements Troubleshooting electro-plating processes to determine the root cause for non-conforming product Coordinating safety , hazardous waste removal and water treatment processes to comply with OSHA, DOT and city waste water treatment guidelines.
Working closely with operations and quality personnel to maintain optimum processing conditions and keep plating processes running without interruption Manage waste water treatment program Assist with compliancy reports for City, D.
