A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others when answering questions and resolving problems.
Evening Supervisor work closely with residents and their family members to make sure that residents are comfortable and receive the appropriate care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medication as prescribed by a physician in accordance with the standards of nursing.
Willing to work on the floor if needed.
Communicate clearly and effectively with physicians, patients, and family members.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to physician, Patient Care Coordinator and families.
Manage staff and help as needed.
Follow the physician's orders for diet, exercise, and other medical management.
Follow infection-control guidelines in accordance with the law.
Assist with special activities that promote physical and mental health of patients.
Maintain accurate records regarding patient care.
