Begin in a team lead capacity and learn to lead a team to success by growing customer volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for the store Train with Assistant and General management on how to perform daily operations, perform necessary maintenance and troubleshoot issues Create a positive experience for every customer, every time by showing your eagerness to provide the extra mile of service Be ready to work in accordance with all Club Car Wash rules, policies, and protocols What We Are Looking For In You:
Desire to develop your career and leadership skills with a rapidly expanding company Be a self-starter and encourage a leader-leader environment Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude Mechanical-minded individuals are a plus Previous management experience is not required but desirable Benefitting You:
