In this role you will be responsible for performing basic repairs and preventative/responsive maintenance on facility buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings at the Home Office.
Address minor issues with lights, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry, etc.
Intermediate computer skills are required due to the automated building systems and processes.
What you need to be considered for the role:
High School degree or GED Mechanical aptitude Intermediate computer skills required in Microsoft Office and CMMS Preferred:
Associate's degree in related field preferred.
An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
Experience in Commercial Class A office building maintenance is preferred Licenses & Certifications Preferred Lockout Tagout.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
