We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our service team.
If you have the right attitude, we will train you! Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in person and over the telephone.
Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.
Answer questions from our clients over the phone or in person.
Greets and assists walk-in clients Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Proficient in MS Office.
Must be willing to obtain their Wisconsin insurance license in all lines of insurance.
We will pay for the class and the license fees.
Willingness to learn.
This position is an excellent opportunity to learn our business and advance at our agency.
Education and Experience HS Diploma or GED Associates or bachelor's degree preferred Insurance license is a plus, but not required.
1-3 years of experience working in an office, receptionist, or customer service role.
We will consider summer jobs, co-ops, and internships as experience.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
We will consider experienced candidates.
Experience in an office environment desired.
Compensation and Hours M-F, 8:
00AM-5:
00PM Wage is based on experience and your ability to assist our clients.
