Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively and independently with external and internal clients gathering requirements and providing best practice solutions. Apart from gathering requirements, demonstrating experience with Teamcenter and all of its key modules as well as external integrations with Teamcenter will be expected. You will also be gathering use cases for testing and training material purposes. You will:
Articulate and guide clients through best practices and process definition while leading Requirement Gathering workshops Develop a requirement documents from interviews and conducting workshops with external and internal clients Analyze current process flows within a process or operation to develop and implement improvements Create and document test cases for validation or requirements Demonstration of Teamcenter to clients along with providing best practices with those demonstrations Perform tests within Teamcenter against the clients use cases Provide training and presentations to users Approximately 25-30% travel on average per year Baseline Skill Expectations:
Functional experience and knowledge within Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing pillars 5-10 years of experience using Teamcenter and/or PLM in a product development, supply chain, or manufacturing role Advanced PC skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and SharePoint Strong cross-functional/team leadership and communication skills Good organization skills with strong attention to detail Must be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight required Strong process mapping and value stream mapping of current state and future state processes Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt or Black Belt certification - Knowledge in ISO 9000:
2018 Education Requirements:
- BS in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology Management, or Supply Chain
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Analysis, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
