Brunswick Corporation Infrastructure, Cloud and Operations is seeking a Cloud Engineer focusing on Microsoft Windows based systems to be responsible for managing the implementation of best practices on Windows based systems across Brunswick divisions. This person will work as a member of the Escalated Support and Operations reporting to the Manager of Escalated Support and Operations. Job
Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance and administration of Windows Server and Active Directory services around Brunswick, both on premise and in cloud environments such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Azure. Provide guidance and oversight to a group of contract administrative resources from a 3rd party contractor. When required, provide 24x7 operational systems support. This could involve evening, night and weekend coverage. Work to ensure that best practices in management of Windows systems on premises and in cloud systems such as Azure and OCI are maintained. Work to assure that targeted service levels for production systems availability and performance are met or exceeded. Work with project teams comprised of project managers, developers, application vendors, application administrator, and application users to provide systems support for Windows based systems for deployments and upgrades. Work with other members of the Infrastructure Cloud Operations team to support and resolve issues and prevent downtime. Follow and enforce policies, procedures and standards, and ensure their conformance to procedures. This applies to both non-production and production systems. Follow and enforce Brunswick Change Control Policy for production changes. Develop and enforce the policies for the set of Windows systems, including intended use, promotion path requirements, access and refresh strategy Working with 3rd party teams, maintain currency in new developments and technology, to provide a strategic database direction for the organization Skills / Qualities:

B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience Job Knowledge/
Experience:
Three 3
years of system administrator experience including current versions of Windows environments. Experience working with and maintaining Active Directory (AD) environments. Experience with administration and maintenance of DHCP, DNS, IIS and FTP and other network services Experience working with Windows systems based in cloud environments such as OCI and Azure. Hands-on system management experience, as an administrator; including development, deployment, and change management; ongoing backup/recovery, monitoring and management, and tuning. Good technical skills in support of Windows systems, including system installation and upgrade, backup and recovery, data server migration, maintenance and support, release management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, developer and third-party product support, etc. Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 5%, for Brunswick site-support, or for education. Ability to support production systems on a pager or other on-call and remote-support basis for 24X7 systems availability, for emergency support, and for systems maintenance required to be performed outside of business hours.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
