Responsibilities:
Support design, testing, and development of Mercury Racing outboard and sterndrive drive systems Document test results, and provide feedback to the Engineering team to address issues Support design, testing, and development of Mercury Racing props Support various competition series throughout the US Assist the Service group with evaluation and correction of field issues Support performance marine OEM's and dealers primarily in the west coast Travel approximately 25%, but with additional demands during launch or boat shows Education of internal and external stake holders on critical findings, best practices, and emerging trends in the industry Complex troubleshooting of multi-CAN networks and boat rigging Document and train on Smartcraft and boat battery architectures Understanding and creation of boat rigging BOM's Support Marketing on product launch requirements Support new program launches to the customer Communicate new racing rigging and component details to OEM's and PAE's SKILL REQUIREMENTS Capability to setup and drive various high-speed boats (V-bottom, catamaran, outboard, sterndrive, etc.) and evaluate all aspects of vessel performance Self-starter with the ability to work independently on special, unique, and non-routine projects Good written communication skills Ability to interpret data and independently analyze test results and recommend component, rigging, or boat changes CAD capability for creating system overview diagrams Ability to understand and read prints for troubleshooting Expert level of understanding and troubleshooting of CAN networks Ability to understand and manipulate calibrations for application specific details Ability to work with all customers and coworkers in a professional manor QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent A minimum of 10
years of experience in engine/boat testing and development work Deep understanding of high-speed boat setup and testing procedures, with an emphasis on safe vessel operation Familiarity with key players in the US high-performance boating industry Commercial Driver's License Preferred
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product Management, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
